We ship all over India. Shipping cost depends on your location, we provide free shipping on orders above Rs.499

Shipping timelines can vary depending on location, it can take between 3-14 days.

Returns & Exchanges

We don't accept returns, because all the information provided on the website is accurate. If you received a damaged product, please contact us at support@purpulp.in. We will help you with exchanging it. The product should be returned with all the tags and bills that were attached to it, not used.

Incorrect contact details

In case incorrect contact details are provided from your end and the delivery company cannot reach you, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

We will try contacting you on the registered phone number or email address and if we are able to get through, we will resend you the package with an additional delivery charge. In case we can’t reach you, we will refund the payment made by you, after subtracting the delivery charges. Please do try and contact us if your package hasn’t been delivered after more than 15 days of placing the order. It helps resolve the issue and get the package into your hands faster.
