Shipping 

We offer shipping across India. The shipping cost varies depending on your location, but we provide free shipping on orders over Rs. 499.

Delivery timelines can differ based on your location and typically range from 3 to 14 days.


Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns as all the information provided on the website is accurate. However, if you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us at support@purpulp.in, and we will assist you with an exchange. The product must be returned with its original tags and bills, and it should be unused.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if you are not satisfied with your product, except in exceptional cases. In such cases, please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges:

  • For exchanges: shipping from your address to our warehouse and from our warehouse to your address. 

  • For returns: shipping from your address to our warehouse. 

When returning a product, our team will perform a quality check to ensure the product is received in good condition. If any damage is found, we will deduct a certain amount from your refund before processing it. 

For exchanges, you will need to pay for all shipping charges and any price difference if the exchanged product costs more than the original item, upfront. Your exchange will only be shipped after we have received your original order at our warehouse and completed the quality check.

Incorrect Contact Details

If incorrect contact details are provided and the delivery company is unable to reach you, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

We will attempt to contact you via the registered phone number or email. If we manage to reach you, we will resend the package with an additional delivery charge. If we are unable to contact you, we will issue a refund for your order, minus the shipping charges. Please make sure to contact us if your package hasn't been delivered within 15 days of placing the order, as this will help us resolve the issue and get your package to you faster.

Order Cancellation

We do not allow cancellations for prepaid orders, except in exceptional cases. If your order has already been dispatched by the time you contact us, you can refuse to accept the package upon delivery. However, please note that we will deduct shipping and return-to-origin (RTO) charges of Rs. 100 from your total order amount before processing the refund.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may cancel the order before it is dispatched. If you cancel your order after confirming it through COD, our system will block you from placing future COD orders with us.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to be credited to your bank account. If you do not receive the refund within this period, please contact your bank with the RRN number. You can request the RRN number from our team via our support email or Instagram.
